Material Notes:
Glass fiber-reinforced and inorganically filled epoxy molding compound (EP) in color black. Good mechanical and electrical strength, enhanced elasticity for ensuring good sealing under extreme conditions of heat and humidity, good chemical resistance and excellent adhesion to metal as well as good flame retardance. Can be readily pelletized and preheated. Self-extinguishing (V-0/0.7 according to UL 94). Free of toxic heavy metals. Forms: Low dust granulate packed in moisture resistant cartons. Standard carton size: 25 kg palletized in 750 kg loads. Applications: Encapsulation of electrical and mechanical devices, such as coils and transformers.
