Material Notes:
Short glass fiber reinforced, inorganically filled UP molding compound in grey (RAL 7035) and dark colors. Very low mould shrinkage and post-shrinkage, very high arc resistance, very high mechanical values, better than UP 804. Self-extinguishing (V-0/1.5 according to UL 94), UL-listed in colors grey and black. Limiting oxygen index > 70%. Free of halogens and toxic heavy metals. Forms: Low dust granulate, packed in moisture resistant bags. Standard bag size: 25 kg palletized in 1.000 kg loads or big-bags. Processing: Injection. Applications: Molded parts in electrical engineering with high heat resistance and high mechanical strength i.e.- Contact terminals, Relays, Automatic cut-outs (FI/LS).Information provided by the Raschig Group
