Resin Technology Group UV-412 Medium Viscosity, High Clarity, UV Curable Adhesive
Subcategory: Adhesive; Thermoset
Material Notes: UV 412 is a high clarity, fast setting UV adhesive. This solvent free adhesive is designed to bond a wide variety of transparent materials, (similar and dissimilar substrates). The high clarity provides an invisible bondline. UV 412 performs well in many glass coating and encapsulation applications and has outstanding moisture resistance. Applications: Glass to metal, Lens bonding, Glass repair, Fiber optic bonding, Medical devices, Window assembly. Processing: UV light cure: Intensity of 200 mw/cm2; Spectral output of 300 to 500 nanometers; Optimum wavelength of 375 nanometers Recommended Aurora UV light sources: - Aurora 455-S 5x5 High Intensity Flood
- Aurora 461-S 1x6 High Intensity Beam
