Material Notes: UV 422 is a semi-flexible, UV curing adhesive that can be used in a wide variety of potting, sealing, tacking and bonding applications. High strength bonds are formed to PVC and polycarbonate substrates and a wide variety of other substrates such as metals, epoxy-board, glass and other plastics in sealing and tacking applications. UV 422 forms shock absorbing bonds. Uses include flexible coatings and encapsulation. Applications: Transducer mountings, Switch potting, Connector sealing, Automotive components, Wire tacking. Processing: UV light cure: Intensity of 200 mw/cm2; Spectral output of 300 to 500 nanometers; Optimum wavelength of 375 nanometers Recommended Aurora UV light sources: - Aurora 455-S 5x5 High Intensity Flood
