Rogers Bisco™ HT-800 Cellular Silicone Foam

Material Notes:
Medium grade silicon sponge. UL recognized for flame retardance and gasketing.

Applications: HID (High Intensity Discharge) lighting fixture gaskets, Battery cushion in hand-held electronic products, Seals in equipment access panels, Electrical and electronic enclosure gaskets, Solder gun insulation pads for work stations

Gasketing and sealing rating is JMLU-2 (Listed) per UL 157. No UV degradation per SAE J-1960. Ozone effect rating is 0 (no cracks) per ASTM D-1171. No staining per ASTM D-925(A). Passes AMS-3568 corrosion resistance. Passes SMP-800-C & BSS toxic gas emission rating. Passes hot flex at 230°C (446°F) per ASTM D-573.

Their resistance to environmental extremes, mechanical resilience, and safety features lead to their use in transportation equipment, communications and electrical enclosures, electronic products and components, industrial machinery, and appliances.
