QUINN CAST Vision PMMA
Subcategory: Acrylic; Thermoplastic
Material Notes: QUINN CAST vision is produced using QUINN CAST acrylic, which is well known for its high quality and optical excellence. QUINN CAST vision is produced using the same technology as regular CAST sheets, but with special finishing methods to provide the characteristics that make it suitable for use in projection applications. The entire QUINN CAST acrylic range of products offers ease of fabrication and installation, and a stable, lightweight alternative to traditional glass.QUINN CAST vision is available in three variants to provide the best choice to suit your viewing requirements. - Vision front: used for front projection, the most commonly used method, where the projector throws images forward on to a screen for an audience to view. The audience must sit between the screen and projector.
- Vision rear*: when using this sheet, the projector is hidden behind the screen, so no interruptions to the image can occur and projector noise is minimized. This technique is becoming increasingly popular for use at exhibitions and events with a larger audience.
- Vision through*: this special product is an almost transparent sheet that allows the projection of images but also permits a clear view through the sheet in zones where no image is projected. This screen has a very low contrast and it would be the right choice in areas with low ambient light.
