Close Analogs: This product is not listed in the standard Innovene product line. The polypropylene and polyethylene products of BP Amoco have been moved to the Innovene Division in 2005. BP Amoco acquired the Fortilene® Polypropylene product line from Solvay Polymers in November 2001.
Material Notes: Belongs to the new generation of Solvay polypropylenes produced by gas-phase polymerization. This high-impact, controlled-rheology, impact copolymer is intended for injection molding of automotive parts, furniture, etc. It is a long-term-heat-aging resin. Meets FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520 and is approved by U.L. for their 94HB flammability rating. Information provided by Solvay Polymers.
