Description: Chemlam® Silver Ultra is the best mechanically performing series of Chemfab® industrial laminates. Chemlam® Silver Ultra composites feature uniform thickness, multi-layer cast PTFE films laminated to fiber glass reinforcements. Chemfab® laminates outperform traditional PTFE-coated products of similar weight and thickness.
FEATURES:
PTFE cast barrier film surface, crack and pinhole free:Outperforms simple PTFE-coated materials; long-lasting release properties make cleaning easier; low wicking of product into fabric extends useful life.
Uniform film thickness over entire surface: Lamination eliminates the possibility of thin spots found in coated materials, which often lead to their premature failure.
Bi-colored laminate: Attractive silver top surface is similar in appearance to PTFE cookware; black bottom surface gives clean appearance to composite.
High temperature, multi-ply fabrics: Exceptional mechanical properties and dimensional stability at any thickness due to the "plywood" effect; designed for thermal cycling and harsh chemical applications, including cooking and plastic processing.
