Description: A 5 mil thermally conductive acrylic pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive. Recommended uses: Excellent for flat surface bonding and laminating to other thermally-conductive materials. Application advantages: High peel strength adhesion to minimize air entrapment; Material can be pre-attached to a heat sink or other thermally conductive material; Adverse effects of surface roughness are minimized through a highly conformable pressure-sensitive adhesive; Flame-retardant version available; Available in slit-rolls or die cut shapes. All data based on a 0.005 inch test sample.
