STRUKTOL® TR 141 Slip Agent, Lubricant, Mold Release Agent
Subcategory: Additive/Filler for Polymer
Close Analogs: FDA Status: 175.105; 177.1210; 178.3910; 179.45; 181.28
Material Notes: A saturated primary amide with no double bond.STRUKTOL® TR 141 stearamide is a saturated primary amide with no double bond. It blooms in an invisible monolayer for surface appearance and mold release. It can also be used for viscosity reduction. STRUKTOL® TR 141 is relatively insoluble in water and has limited solubility in alcohol, ketones and aromatic solvents. STRUKTOL® TR 141 will not interfere with peroxide cure systems in cross-linked polymer systems.
