Material Notes:
Titanpro® SM461 is formulated with an antiblocking and slip agents package. The base resin meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520(a)(3)(i) and (c)3.1a. The adjuvants meet their respective FDA regulations and 21 CFR 177.1520(b). In summary, this resin meets the FDA criteria covering safe use of polyolefin articles and component of articles intended for food contact use.

Applications:

  • Heat sealable monolayer film.
  • Heat sealable layer in laminated or co-extruded structures.
  • Quality packaging application.

Advantages:

  • Low heat sealing temperature.
  • Good process-ability.
  • Excellent gloss and clarity.
  • Good impact strength at low temperature.

Fabrication:

  • Equipment - general film cast machines.
  • Techniques - standard processing.
