Techmer Lehvoss Compounds Plaslube® J-4/30/TF/15 Nylon 612, 30% GFR, 15% PTFE
Subcategory: Nylon; Thermoplastic; Nylon 612; Polymer
Key Words: Polyamide 612
Material Notes: Plaslube glass fiber reinforced polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) lubricated nylon 612 grades offer a unique balance of excellent wear and friction performance with good dimensional stability and mechanical strength. These characteristics are typical of gear train, pulley, and other bearing applications. Further wear and friction performance can be achieved by utilizing both PTFE and silicone. For less dimensionally critical applications, our nylon 6 grades offer similar performance characteristics. Information provided by TL Compounds.
