Conoco Syncon HP® Synthetic Transmission Oil, ISO Grade 50
Subcategory: Fluid; Lubricant
Material Notes: Description: Conoco Syncon HP Synthetic Transmission Oil is a synthetic lubricant for heavy-duty manual transmissions, with or without synchronizers. It is approved by Eaton Corp. as an alternative to Eaton Roadranger Synthetic Transmission Oil. It is also appropriate for bearings and gears in industrial applications where ISO viscosity grades 150 and 220 are recommended. Syncon HP Synthetic Transmission Oil is formulated with high-quality, synthetic PAO base oils and additives to protect against rust and corrosion, oxidation and wear. Its low pour point and low-temperature viscosity make for easier cold-weather shifting. Syncon HP Synthetic Transmission Oil is an SAE 50 oil that meets API MT-1, GL-1 and Eaton PS-081 specifications. It is recommended for Classes 6, 7 and 8 manual transmissions built by Eaton Corp. (Fuller Division), Dana Corp. (Spicer Division) and others. Oil-drain intervals can be extended to as long as 500,000 miles (800,000 km). Information provided by ConocoPhillips.
