Description: Conoco Hydroclear El Mar Mid Ash Heavy Duty is a high-quality mid ash natural gas engine oil formulated from exclusive Conoco hydrocracked base stock. Hydroclear El Mar Mid Ash Heavy Duty is specially formulated with proprietary additive chemistry to meet the unique service requirements of four-cycle, high-speed, turbocharged gas engines which demand a mid ash product. Hydroclear El Mar Mid Ash Heavy Duty is particularly effective in natural gas engines and dual-fueled engines operating under high-load, high temperature conditions. Hydroclear El Mar Mid Ash Heavy Duty is recommended for use in most natural gas fueled cogeneration systems, and the high TBN content of the oil provides exceptional acid neutralization for use with corrosive gases. Hydroclear El Mar Mid Ash Heavy Duty is recommended for Cooper-Superior and Waukesha VHP-GL and VGF series engines not equipped with catalytic converters. It may be used in other makes/models of gas engines to help overcome fuel gas quality issues (see a Conoco Product Engineer for specific applications).
