Gwent Electronic Materials (GEM) Carbon Based Working Electrode Paste: C2050517D1 Carbon/Graphite Ink
Subcategory: Ceramic/Metallic Coating; Adhesives, Sealants, and Coatings
Material Notes: Carbon Graphite Ink is designed to be used for screen printing working electrodes. This paste is highly thixotropic, which gives it very good definition on printing. This product has been designed to be compatible with Silver Polymer C2040922D1, which can be printed underneath the carbon to improve the conductivity of printed electrodes. The electrochemical performance of this material has been enhanced to give low coefficient of variation. (CV%)The ink is in a ready to use form at a viscosity suitable for automatic or semiautomatic screen printing. This ink is thixotropic which means that it will appear very thick in the pot and should be well stirred before dispensing into the screen. Once it has been stirred the viscosity will fall to a good printing viscosity. It is a Polymer System for printing on polyester, PVC, Polycarbonate etc and on alumina.
